Google Ads
Google Ads that bring you enquiries from people ready to buy.
For businesses whose customers search on Google for what they sell. Your ad appears when someone searches for exactly what you offer, and you pay when they click. We make sure those clicks come from buyers, not browsers.

Platforms & channels we work with
Is this for you?
It is, if one of these sounds like you.
- Your customers search on Google for what you sell
- You pay more per click than before, without more enquiries
- You run Google's automatic campaigns and cannot see where the money goes
- You sell products online and your Google Shopping ads are not set up well
Sound familiar?
Why people come to us.
Money goes on searches that never buy
Without a careful list of words to exclude, your ads quietly show for many unrelated searches, and you pay for every one of those clicks.
Automatic campaigns are a black box
Google's automatic campaigns can work well, but only when they are set up properly. Left on default settings, they often spend on people who were going to find you anyway.
You pay more per click than competitors
When your search words, ads and landing page do not match closely, Google charges you more for the same position.
Every enquiry is counted as equal
Counting a serious enquiry the same as a job application hides what your ads really bring. Giving each result a value fixes this.
Which one do I need?
Performance marketing, Google Ads or Meta Ads: which do I need?
Performance Marketing
Choose this if you want ads on more than one platform, planned together and measured against real enquiries and sales.
For example: A real estate firm running Google, Facebook and Instagram ads from one plan and one report.
About Performance MarketingGoogle Ads
This pageChoose this if people already search on Google for what you sell, and you want to show up when they do.
For example: An AC repair service appearing when someone searches “AC repair near me”.
Meta Ads
Choose this if people do not search for you yet, but would buy if they saw you on Instagram or Facebook.
For example: A home bakery showing its cakes to people nearby on Instagram.
About Meta Ads
What you get
What we do for you.
Search ads
The words your customers search for, grouped carefully, with a list of words to exclude that we keep up to date.
Shopping ads
Your products shown with photo and price on Google, with the product list set up so the right products get the budget.
Automatic campaigns, set up properly
Google's automatic campaigns run with the right settings and exclusions, so they add new customers instead of repeating what search already brings.
YouTube ads and showing ads again
YouTube for awareness, and ads shown again to people who visited without enquiring, without following them around too often.
Tracking every enquiry
Every call, form and sale tracked with a value, including sales that close later by phone or in person.
Pages that match the ad
Landing pages that keep the ad's promise, load quickly, and remove anything that distracts from getting in touch.
Example
What this could look like for an AC repair service.
A typical case, to show the kind of change this makes. It is an example, not a client story.
Before
Ads show for broad words like “AC”, so money goes on people looking for new ACs, prices and jobs.
After
Ads shown for searches like “AC repair near me”, the other searches excluded, and every call tracked.
How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Review your account
Your campaigns, search words, tracking and wasted spend checked in detail, and everything we find shared with you.
- 02
Rebuild
Campaigns reorganised around what buyers search for, with tracking fixed before any spending changes.
- 03
Launch
New campaigns and ads go live, with landing pages that match what each ad promises.
- 04
Improve and grow
Every week we check the searches you paid for, exclude poor ones, test new ads and adjust bids. Budget grows only where the cost per enquiry holds.
How long it takes depends on what is included. We give you a timeline before any work starts.
What you have at the end
- A full review of your account, showing wasted spend
- Rebuilt campaigns
- Search words to target and to exclude
- Ads that we keep testing
- Tracking of every enquiry and sale
- Matching landing pages, weekly changes and a monthly report

FAQ
Questions about Google Ads
Can you check our existing account first?
Yes, and it is usually the right place to start. A review shows where money is being wasted, whether your tracking can be trusted and what is realistic, before either of us commits to more.
Should we pay for ads on our own business name?
It depends. If competitors advertise on your name, often yes. If nobody does, and you already appear first on Google for free, those ads often buy clicks you would have got anyway. We check before deciding.
Why did our costs go up?
Usually more competition, the season, a drop in how relevant Google judges your ads, or a change that restarted the campaign's learning. The account's history normally shows which one.
Are Google's automatic campaigns worth using?
For online stores with a good product list, often yes. For enquiries, they need careful handling: clean tracking, the right exclusions and realistic values. Otherwise they chase the cheapest enquiries, not the best ones.

For technical teams: what we build this with
Chosen for each project. If your team already uses something that works, we would rather build on it than replace it.
Google Ads
Search, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns — reaching people already looking for a solution.
Google Analytics 4
Behaviour and conversion measurement, configured with events that map to your funnel rather than left on defaults.
Google Tag Manager
Managing tracking without a deployment for every change, and keeping marketing tags out of the application codebase.
Search Console
Indexation, query data and Core Web Vitals — the ground truth for how search actually sees a site.
Looker Studio
Client reporting that pulls from source systems, so a monthly report is a live view rather than a rebuilt slide.
